Recognising that our engagement work in setting up the SFS may not have reached front-line staff as much as their management teams, the Money Advice Service team have created two separate flyers available to be distributed to front-line teams to update on the SFS.
Each flyer gives a brief guide to the function and benefits of the new SFS from an advice agency and creditor point of view and can be folded to a handy size to keep on desks.
