Set up by government, we are bringing together three respected bodies of financial guidance: the Money Advice Service, The Pensions Advisory Service and Pension Wise into one single organisation - the Money and Pension Service

The Money Advice Service have partnered with the Lending Standards Board (LSB) to evaluate the implementation of the SFS and assess its current effectiveness.

The updated spending guidelines for 2019 are now available for SFS members to view.

In line with several recent requests a dyslexia friendly version of the SFS Excel has been created to ensure this tool is more accessible. An updated version of the standard SFS Excel tool is also now available.

The SFS team at Money Advice Service will be hosting two events to hear from SFS users.

All SFS members should be using the new Spending Guidelines and Version 2.0 format from 1 May 2018.

SFS members can now access a format designed to help the public complete their income and expenditure information.

The updated spending guidelines for 2018 are now available to SFS members.
